To Whom It May Concern: I have utilized Interface Network Systems to help design and install the fiber and copper infrastructure for several large profile projects including but not limited to our SAN arena, NetBackup rollout and Communications Room cleanup. Over the years, INS has met each and every deliverable either on time or ahead of schedule while meeting our tight budgetary restraints. Their work has been exceptional; the staff is professional, courteous and follows our directives and procedures as required in a secure facility. My relationship with INS is very strong as I personally coordinate every job from start to finish and have never experienced and issues which could not be resolved quickly to my firm’s satisfaction. INS continually provides us with top notch solutions but they really shine during times of duress. A recent example occurred just a few weeks ago. I was up in NY on business and we experienced a major VPN outage country wide. I contacted INS and INS was on site within 30 minutes of the call with spare parts in hand. This is no small accomplishment as the outage occurred on a Sunday at 10am impacting tens of thousands of people. Not many companies can respond so quickly with a staff skilled enough to handle any cabling infrastructure need. This is just one example and I can provide many more. As a facilities manager I’ve grown quite fond of INS and am looking forward to continuing to grow our synergies by utilizing them as the cabling vendor for all our Data Center work here in Tampa as well as some of the remote offices in our other facilities.
