SharePoint Software from Microsoft is a powerful on-line project management database which serves as a hub for each INS project. This comprehensive tool was customized by INS to accommodate the unique needs of our clients.

The INS project management team uses SharePoint to manage all aspects of a given project as well as serves as a centralized tool for use by the operations team. This online database acts as a repository of project history as well as project scheduling.

Our clients also have access to SharePoint to enter and check the status of change orders and monitor progress on their projects on a daily basis.

This is available 24/7 through our web based interface. Both the INS project management team as well as our clients can check the status for daily updates on work performed as well as view updated job photos.

Service History

For new projects as well as any move/add/change work, the client can track service history by project number.

 

Insurance Status

Insurance requirements may vary by site or state. SharePoint will help keep track of important insurance information

Schematics and Floor Plans

We have the ability to store site specific floor plans within SharePoint. This can be used to help with current projects as well as to help inventory sites for future services.

Project Work Orders

For complex projects or installations that may vary greatly from site to site, we have the ability to store critical documentation within the SharePoint online database.

Discussion Board

Using the job discussion board the customer can post any questions or concerns. Any issues posted by the customer will immediately alert the operations manager via email to insure prompt response.
